1. What This Website Collects

1.1 Beta Waitlist

If you enter your email address to join the waitlist, we store that address so we can tell you when a place opens up and send you occasional updates about the beta. Nothing else is collected with it — no name, no account, no profile.

The list itself is held in Resend, our email provider (see Section 4).

1.2 Beta Feedback Forms

If you're a beta tester, we may send you a private link to a feedback questionnaire. That link identifies you, so a submitted response carries your email address alongside your answers — you don't type your address in, it travels in the link. We use the answers to work out what to fix and what to build next.

Responses are delivered to our support inbox by email. Please answer only with information you're content for us to hold — these forms aren't designed to handle health details or other special category data, so don't put anything of that kind in a free-text box.

1.3 Server Logs

Our host records standard web server request logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string — as any web server does. These are used to keep the site up and to investigate abuse, not to build a picture of you.

1.4 Cookies & Analytics — None

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, we'll update this notice and ask first where the law requires it.

2. Legal Basis

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — the waitlist and the feedback forms both. You give it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time (see Section 6). Withdrawing doesn't affect anything that happened beforehand.
• Legitimate interests(Art. 6(1)(f)) — server logs, for keeping the site available and secure, balanced against the fact that they're short-lived and never used to profile visitors.

3. How Long We Keep It

• Waitlist email addresses: until you unsubscribe, or until 12 months after the beta programme closes, whichever comes first.
• Beta feedback responses: 12 months after the beta programme closes. Ask us sooner and we'll delete yours on request.
• Server logs:retained on our host's standard schedule, which is a rolling window measured in days, not years.

4. Third-Party Processors

Two, both acting as data processors under contract, and both a subset of the processors listed in the app's Privacy Policy:

• Vercel — hosts the website and handles its request logs.
• Resend— stores the waitlist (your address and subscription status live in Resend's contact list) and delivers both our emails to you and your feedback responses to our inbox. Note that messages and records also sit in Resend's own dashboard and logs, so their retention practices apply alongside ours.

We don't use a third-party form provider, analytics vendor, or ad network for this site, and we don't sell or share anything collected here with data brokers.

5. International Data Transfers

Both providers above are US-based, so data may be transferred to, or transit through, servers in the United States. Where this occurs, transfers are governed by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an equivalent recognised mechanism such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework's UK extension, incorporated into our agreements with each processor.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or hand it over in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

For the waitlist, the fastest route is the unsubscribe link in any email we've sent you, or tryrouter.co/unsubscribe — that removes you immediately, no correspondence required. For anything else, email aj@tryrouter.coand we'll respond within one month.

If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first, but that's your call, not a precondition.

7. Changes to This Notice

We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll say so by email to anyone on the waitlist.
